- GCS = Eye (1-4) + Verbal (1-5) + Motor (1-6)
- Clinical context
- Used in trauma, TBI assessment, and serial neurological monitoring in the ICU.
- Limitations
- Verbal component cannot be fully assessed in intubated patients. Note inability to test.
